# About Eduard Dziak | Growth Marketing and AI Learn about Eduard Dziak's growth marketing background and practical focus on AI adoption within marketing teams. > Source: https://eduarddziak.com/about/ ## Most of what I know about AI in marketing, I learned by shipping it. I'm Eduard Dziak, Head of Marketing at ZIK Analytics, based in Kuala Lumpur. I run growth end to end — paid acquisition, performance marketing, SEO, AI search, lifecycle, and the measurement underneath all of it. This site is where I write down what the work teaches me. ## How I got here. I started in marketing as an intern at Avast in Czechia, which taught me early that a channel is only as good as the thinking behind it. A few years later I moved to Malaysia and spent five years at Agile Dynamics Solutions doing enterprise demand generation for Microsoft Dynamics implementations across Malaysia, Cambodia, and Australia — long sales cycles, technical buyers, and no room for marketing that could not be tied to pipeline. Alongside that I consulted on Dynamics 365 rollouts, which is where I learned how differently marketing behaves when it has to survive an implementation, a procurement cycle, and a sceptical internal team. Then came B2B SaaS. At DocuClipper I built and led the inbound engine with a team of two, which meant every decision had to be the right one — there was no capacity for a bad quarter. That constraint is the best thing that ever happened to my judgment about what actually moves a number. Now I own growth at ZIK Analytics, where a real part of my week is spent on AI search — figuring out how a product gets found and cited inside answer engines rather than ranked in a list of links. That work, and the AI-supported workflows behind it, is most of what I write about here. ## How I work Four things I keep coming back to, whichever channel I happen to be working in. - **AI belongs inside the workflow** — A clever prompt is not adoption. It becomes real when it has a place in the process, an owner, reliable inputs, and a review step — otherwise it stays a demo that one person can run. - **Judgment stays with people** — Speed is easy to buy and quality is not. I use AI to remove the work nobody should be doing by hand, and keep the decisions, the positioning, and the accountability with the team. - **Measure the outcome, not the activity** — Most marketing arguments are really measurement arguments. I would rather spend a week fixing tracking than a quarter defending a number nobody trusts. - **Channels connect or they leak** — Integrated marketing is not a buzzword — paid, organic, content, and lifecycle are one system with four entrances. Run them separately and you pay for the same audience several times over. ## Experience ### Head of Marketing, ZIK Analytics Apr 2025 — Present Growth end to end — paid, SEO, AI search, email, website, and the conversion tracking underneath it. Rebuilt tracking first; the paid account then turned profitable. ### Marketing Director, DocuClipper Feb 2023 — Apr 2025 Built and led the inbound engine with a team of two, across SEO, content, paid, attribution, and partnerships.
